First Course

Maple roasted butternut squash with whipped goat’s cheese and caramelised walnuts

Second course

Line caught Pollock scotch egg with an aged parmesan cream

Third Course

Roasted fillet of Cornish Cod, celeriac risotto and charred broccoli

Belly of Berkshire Pig with charred sweetcorn, grilled leeks, mushroom and black olive

Fourth Course

Buttermilk Panna Cotta with English blackberries, honey comb and meringue
